Cocopeat is a proven natural alternative to mined peat moss. Coco peat can slow down peat extraction from environmentally sensitive swamps. Cocopeat is used as a growing medium while cocopeat is outperformed mostly by the popular brands of peat and sphagnum peat.

Coco peat is washed, heat treated, screened and graded before processed into various cocopeat products for horticulture and agricultural applications as it is a multi-purpose soil conditioner and also a growing medium
